Net 30 Days. Past due amounts are subject to 1.5% per month, an effective annual rate of 18%.
Return Goods Policy
Credits will be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in restockable condition, in original packaging, and a return authorization number has been issued prior to returning. A copy of the invoice or pick ticket must accompany return with the reason for the return noted. Any Merchandise returned will receive credit toward outstanding invoices or future purchases only. Items that are custom made may not be returned. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be subject to the above criteria as well as a 10% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned after 6 months from the date of purchase.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via UPS. Let us know how quickly you need it. We also offer USPS. Please let us know your preferred carrier from those noted. You are welcome to use your own account number – just be sure to tell us in advance or put it on your purchase order.
